NOTICE: As authorized by the Columbia County Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 103-2007, the following fees will be in effect beginning August 1, 2007:
*Storage of Civil Seizure of Vehicles - $150 first ten days - $15 for every day thereafter.
*Notary required Affidavits of Service - $2.
*Postage for Income Execution - $9 for First State & $7 for Second Stage.
NOTICE: The Civil Office will be open from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. As always, the office is closed weekends and holidays. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once they are processed. Click HERE for a Complete Civil Fee List
