The Enforcement section of the Drug Education and Enforcement Unit works with local, state and
federal drug enforcement units, agencies and task forces to target, arrest and prosecute major dealers in
Columbia County.
The Education section of the Unit provides the DARE program to four school districts. It also oversees
the D.E.P.U.T.Y. Summer Youth Program and provides Meth Lab and other public drug information
lectures to schools and community organizations.

drug sales you can submit an internet crime tip or call (518) 822-TIPS (8477).
Law Enforcement depends on information we receive from the law abiding public. After giving a crime tip,
don't get discouraged. Done correctly with an eye for successful prosecution, criminal investigations
...especially drug investigations, may take several months before an arrest is made.
